Mauricio Meza Burbano

3D Artist

I'm a colombian 3D Artist born in the city of Pasto with years of experience in the world of 3D Design and Digital Art specialized in using 3D software Blender.

My work focuses in 3D modelling and texturing of inorganic objects for use in high quality photo-realistic renders and videogame assets in low polygon topology.

Additionally i have knowledge in programming and web development in javascript, Java and Python as im currently studying Systems an Computer Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Colombia.

Blender

Blender is a free and open-source 3D computer graphics software toolset used for creating animated films, visual effects, art, 3D printed models, motion graphics, interactive 3D applications, virtual reality and computer games. Blender's features include 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, raster graphics editing, rigging and skinning, fluid and smoke simulation, particle simulation, soft body simulation, sculpting, animating, match moving, rendering, motion graphics, video editing, and compositing.

GIMP

GNU Image Manipulation Program is a free and open-source raster graphics editor used for image manipulation (retouching) and image editing, free-form drawing, transcoding between different image file formats, and more specialized tasks. GIMP is released under GPLv3+ license and is available for Linux, macOS, and Microsoft Windows.

Sketchup

SketchUp is a 3D modeling computer program for a wide range of drawing applications such as architectural, interior design, landscape architecture, civil and mechanical engineering, film and video game design.

Unity

Unity is a multi-platform game engine developed by Unity Technologies. Unity is available as a game engine for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Linux. the engine has compilation support for multiple platforms incluiding WebGL.
